VitrA has won 12 awards in the 2017 Good Design competition, notable for the presence of Fortune 500 companies.
VitrA has received 12 new awards from Good Design, one of the world’s most prestigious design competitions that were founded in 1950. The award-winning series created by the VitrA Design Team included the Frame and Sento bathroom series, Zest Space chromotherapy showering unit, Suit faucet series, Seat shower tray, and Frame countertop and half monoblock washbasins. Other winning series was the bathroom furniture series Memoria Elements, created for VitrA by Christophe Pillet, the Eternity accessories series by Sebastian Conran, and the Nest bathroom suite by Pentagon. VitrA’s Tech-Slate 30×60 cm wall tiles series also received a Good Design award.

Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, the Good Design competition evaluates the creativity and innovation embodied in new products, as well as their functionality, the benefit they provide users, their sustainability credentials, and more. This year, a surprising number of the more than 900 award-winning products from 48 countries belonged to Fortune 500 brands.
Aside from 28 Good Design awards, VitrA has won numerous awards in other renowned international design competitions, among them EDIDA, Design Innovation, Design Plus, Iconic Awards, Interior Innovation, iF, Plus X, Red Dot, and Wallpaper.
